It aims at the white pollution in the packaging industry and the human and animal injury caused by the toxicity of pesticides. It is different from the general packaging film, and has the characteristics of environmental protection, easy solubility, safety, non-toxic, oil and corrosion resistance, static electricity prevention, elastic tension, random packaging, accurate measurement, strong heat sealing, air permeability and oxygen resistance, clear printing, and high anti-counterfeiting. It has passed the monitoring and certification of SGS. At present, it can be printed in monochrome. It can be divided into normal temperature (water temperature is soluble between 15 ℃ and 30 ℃), medium temperature (water temperature is soluble between 55 ℃ and 75 ℃) and high temperature film (about 90 ℃) according to process requirements. This product has a variety of specifications for selection and customized production according to customer process needs. It is widely used in printing and dyeing, packaging, fertilizer, pesticide, chemical industry, cement additives, seed belt and other fields.
Precautions for use:
1. The dissolution rate is related to the film thickness, water temperature, water volume and fluidity. Generally, the thicker the film, the slower the dissolution rate. The higher the water temperature, the faster the dissolution rate. The larger the water volume, the faster the dissolution rate. The faster the water flow, the faster the dissolution rate;
2. When not in use, it shall be sealed and packed to prevent moisture absorption and wrinkling;
3. The film can withstand mineral oil, almost all oils and organic solvents, but it cannot contact with strong acids, strong bases, chlorine free radicals and other substances that can react with the film (such as borax, boric acid, some dyes, etc.).
